Arm End is a once in a lifetime project. The land is truly first class and the equal of anything in the world today, easily good enough to build a course inside the top 100 in the world and within the top echelon in Australia. The site features beautiful contours and breathtaking views, and we spent several months routing a course that took advantage of these natural assets while avoiding unnecessary earthworks. The mixture of big and small-scale undulations is perfect for golf and, combined with the coastal breeze and firm, fast fescue turf, helps ensure the course plays differently from day to day.

Unlike many coastal sites that might offer just a couple of holes along the beach, there are nine here that offer dramatic shots played to or along a cliff or coastline, plus 360-degree views of the water and mountains from practically every part of the property. It is easily the most dramatic site we have worked on. Despite delays caused by planning, we are hopeful to start construction later in 2026.
