One of our newest projects, we are excited to be working with Fort Worth based developers, Escalante Golf, on a new course in Central Texas. Located on the shores of Lake Joe Pool, the site is only 30 minutes from DFW airport, yet the views across the lake and the picturesque environment give you the impression you are many hours away from a major town.

The shoreline has a wonderful, rugged shape, with numerous capes and bays allowing for some dramatic holes that play around the edge of the water. Indeed, with almost 3 miles of shoreline, we expect at least 9 holes on each of the two courses to bring the lake into play. Awarded the project in 2026, we have just begun the routing process.
