Our first project in Canada. Located to the north of Toronto, this incredible piece of land has the potential to create some of the best golf in the country. Engaged in 2024, we worked through a series of routing options for two 18-hole courses and started clearing in late 2025.

Located on a high escarpment close to the lake district in Muskoka, the site is one of the prettiest we've encountered. The course winds its way through some steep, dramatic parts of the property with beautiful rocky outcroppings, white pines and a series of lakes. Construction commenced in May 2026.
